I have absolutely no idea what happened, but when I updated my phone plan or maybe when I updated my IOS version, my voicemail and mailbox got messed up, and now I need to set it up again.
The problem is this. I go to the setup button and it asks for a password. In the past, I've had a four digit password I've used, and when I've tried entering it and hit the "done" button, it tells me that the particular button is dimmed. I don't know how to proceed because it doesn't let me. Do I need a larger numbered password or something different? Can I set it up differently or from some place else? I'm going to have the same issue when I get my 12 in a few days, but people aren't able to leave me voice mails right now.
