Hi, open Mail. Choose the Back button until you are at the main list of
mailboxes. Choose Edit at the top corner. Now, at the bottom of the
screen, choose new folder. In the edit field, give it a name. Swipe to
an unlabeled button and tap that to choose the location of this folder.
That should do it. All you have to do now is choose Done to go back to
the so-called normal mode.
I hope this helps.

Hello,
I was asked the following question and cannot seem to find it; although
I remember doing this years ago!
How does one create folders within one’s email account on the iPhone?
This person would like to move certain messages he gets into the created
folder.
He’s using the native mail app on his phone with an iCloud account.
I have been hunting and hunting and can’t seem to find the answer.
Anyone know?
Jim
