Try the following: To Create a New folder in the iPhone Mail App: 1. Open the Mail App and single finger double tap the, Back button.
2. Swipe left to the, Edit button, and do a single finger double tap. 3. On the bottom right, select, New Mailbox. 4. You will now be in a edit for your new folder, so enter a name for your folder. 5. Swipe right to, Mailbox Location button, and do a single finger double tap. 6. Swipe right to a list of possible Mailboxes, arrow up / down to where you want to place it, and do a single finger double tap to place it there. 7.
