Hi, I'm a bit behind on emails. So I apologize if you have received an answer to your problem.
When composing an email, if you tap on the from field a drop down window will appear with all emails that you use on your phone to send & receive emails. Tap on the email address in which you want to send the email from, by tapping on the email address it will close the drop down window & the selected email will be displayed in the from field of your out going email.
