I use Aira for this purpose. They have a family member whom I have set as my emergency contact on my profile, so if I am ever in a situation like walking on the ice or taking a ride that I feel is not the safest, I put them on the line. Siri can also call Aira if you can’t get to your phone. Even the lowest plan, for $20 a month, would be worth it if she is concerned.
