Hi Chris, I have an iPhone 7 Plus running the beta of 14.3, and an iPhone XR with 14.2 public release. It works the same or I should say it doesn’t work on both phones. The new feature for text recognition doesn’t make any difference at least not here. And the people in the WhatsApp group who say it works great for them or not using that. So I don’t think that matters. It’s frustrating as all get out.
