I have the K480 and I think the main keys are the same as on yours. Bottom row, from left to right: Control, Function, Options, Commands, Spacebar, Command, options, then the arrow keys. The default VoiceOver key combination is Control+options, then other keys, like spacebar for the activate command, the same as a one finger double tap. You can go into the typing settings in VoiceOver and add the Capslock key as a modifer, or make it the only modifier. VoiceOver keys plus k puts it into help mode so each key you press speaks its name but does nothing, escape the escape key and a couple function keys that kick you out of pratice/help mode.
