I gave an old iPhone to my mother. No pass word or Finger print. She's 85. Main just taking pictures and using it for emergencies. Now she can't get into her iPhone. It needs a pass word. It's looking for six digits. I have no idea what it wants. Is the best thing to do is to bring it back to factory settings and start over? Thanks.
