After Googling this is what I found. Of coarse, how many calories burned depends on several factors like weight, speed, etc.
At a weight of 155 pounds, going 12 to 14 miles per hour for 30 minutes, you would burn approximately 298 calories. And, at a weight of 155 pounds, going 14 to 16 miles an hour for 30 minutes, you would burn approximately 372 calories. These stats were gathered by Harvard University. But I still look at calories burned as an estimated number and nothing 100 percent accurate. This said, it is still good to know a good estimate of what I have accomplished for the work I have done.
