I understand exactly what you’re saying. However, some people have commented here that even though Describe Images is turned off under VoiceOver Recognition the night sky issue was not resolved until it was turned off in the Rotor. This may be a bug of course which lead me to question the relation to the options for enabling and disabling this feature.
