Phasil, with general selected go to the right side of the screen. Swipe down to software update and double tap. Now it works as usual. On iPad the left side in settings shows the main topics and when opened" the inside of the opened setting is on the right. Many things like settings and mail and messages act this way. Hope this helps a little.
