The NS finished round 1 of migration to the cloud last week. The first time I 
used the BARD Mobile app to search the BARD website on my iPhone SE 2020, I was 
prompted to log in and my user ID and password were already filled in. I 
executed the log in and have not been prompted to do so since. You might 
suggest that your friend close the BARD Mobile app out of the App Switcher, 
restart her device, and try again. If she continues to have issues, suggest she 
write to nlsdownl...@loc.gov for assistance. They are very good about helping.

Hi, is anyone having trouble logging into their BARD app? I can get in just 
fine on my own device, but a friend is having issues with hers.
It ll appear to log her in. When she goes to double tap on a book, however, the 
app prompts her to log in. She s getting some sort of a Failed error message.
