I cannot say if it won't do the jumping back under 14.4 as that is an iOS bug; I love the Voice Dream Writer app. It is made by the same person who makes Voice Dream reader and Voice Dream Scanner.
You can use Mark-down to set headings, bullets, etc. Or you can just use it as a straight text editor. It remembers where you left off. So, if you close the app and come back and open that file again, the cursor returns to where you left it. It is $9.99. If you don't have the other voice Dream apps, you can get a package that gets you them at a discount. If you have Voice Dream Reader already, it uses whatever voice you have as your default in the Reader app. You can export as RTF or plain text, or even html, though I wouldn't use that unless you have used the mark-down. The help file is very good and detailed. It automatically saves your work, mistakes and all, but you will never lose your work. It works fine with braille displays and qwerty Bluetooth keyboards.
