I asked about the app that controls the BlueTooth IP in a Facebook group for blind people who discuss cooking with small electric kitchen appliances. Two people have responded that the WiFi app is “mostly accessible.” One can apparently also set pressure level and time with Alexa. I don’t know how closely one can monitor cooking while using the app with VoiceOver. I am not eager to buy a new Instant Pot, but i don’t want to forego updating my Iphone either. Penny
