Based on the demo I saw on YouTube, there are not default times and temps. Each menu has its own defaults. I think the easiest way to go about this would be with Aira or beMyEyes to just get the ones for what you actually make. I know she said the defaults were fine for rice, but from her description, vegetables needed to be less than the default.
