Her insurance can't get in touch with lyft and the police say they can't do anything about it. I don't use this type of transportation so if this has happened to anyone else and how you were able to solve this with getting your phone returned to you, or if anyone knows what to do and or knows how to get in touch with lyft, please let me know and I'll pass the information on to her.
