This has been happening to me as of late, but mine goes a little further. My
phone sometimes doesn't ring when a call comes in. I'll notice the badge
telling me that I have two new items in phone which will be the missed call and
the voice mail message they left. This has been happening a lot as of late. And
it also happens with text messages as well. It seems to be the native apps and
not other apps like whatsapp and signal. Those sounds for those apps always
come through.
