I was successful in connecting them, but like most Bluetooth devices, they really don’t work well in windows at all. It’s windows. My experience was similar with other Bluetooth headphones.

They are working fine with my iPhone. I am having problems connecting them to my PC. I powered off my iPhone to make certain there was not a conflict. I called Apple Accessibility and we eventually got them connected, but no sound comes from them when running Jaws on my Pc. I’m not certain they are really connected, as they seem to vacillate between connecting and connected. I looked in Sound Settings and do not see them listed there. Has anyone been successful in using these with a PC? I will also contact Microsoft Accessibility to see what they have to say. A little disappointed thus far with this issue, but I do expect it will be resolved. After all, they are Bluetooth headphones. I really want to use these with Zoom on my Surface Pro 5.
