I did finally connect them. Microsoft could not help me, but another Apple rep not in accessibility did. I had to go down to my headphones in System Tray and open that, and then the Air Pods were recognized. I'm not certain they are really connected, as they seem to vacillate between connecting and connected. I looked in Sound Settings and do not see them listed there. Has anyone been successful in using these with a PC? I will also contact Microsoft Accessibility to see what they have to say. A little disappointed thus far with this issue, but I do expect it will be resolved. After all, they are Bluetooth headphones. I really want to use these with Zoom on my Surface Pro 5.
