Have you tried flicking to the right or left to see if you could get the key pad back, so you could answer?

When I receive a phone call the name pops up like you’d expect and I can double tap to answer. However, if I touch the screen in some way that moves the focus the caller and the answer button disappear. The phone still rings but I can’t figure out how to answer it.
