My suggestion is to put audio ducking into the rotor, so that if you need the volume of whatever you are listening to turned down so you can hear voice over better, turn the rotor to audio ducking and do a one-finger swipe down to turn it on. Being that you won't want audio ducking on all the time, turn it on and off as needed via the rotor. I agree with the suggestion to set voice over volume to 100 percent, that will be loud enough most of the time. And, if voice over ever is too loud, you can turn it down if necessary with volume in the rotor.
