I’ve never heard of a "10 XP”. Perhaps you are meaning the iPhone XR, which is already several iterations old, and I don’t recommend getting this one. The iPhone SE 2020 is a solid choice. My wife has one, and I say you can’t go wrong with this choice, if you want to go with a basic iPhone that still uses a Home button. As Richard pointed out, the SE 2020 is the same size as the iPhone 7 and 8, and your 6S as well, though a case for the older models won’t fit the newer SE 2020 correctly, because the camera bump is slightly larger on the newer SE 2020.
