Lidar is a whole new sensor they put in the 12 series, other than the mini.

But basically at this time Wade is correct, only the 12 Pro phones have it as far as phones go (also the 2020 iPad Pro has it). And the correct spelling is LiDAR which stands for Light Detection and Ranging), spelled upper case L, lower case I and the rest, DAR, all in upper case.
