Only in the 12 Pro phones, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max. Neither the 12 Mini nor the regular 12 have it. It is rumoured that the regular iPhone 13 this year will have it. It will also be interesting to see if there is another iPhone 13 Mini this fall, according to the latest rumours about the massive 48 Megapixel camera upgrade for the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max in 2022 there is also a rumour that there will no longer be a "Mini" iPhone next year, instead there will be two separate 6.1 inch phones probably a 14 and 14 Pro and two separate 6.7 inch phones, probably a 14 Max and 14 Pro Max. This would mean Apple leaves the smaller phones behind for good and that for the first time since the 8 Plus there will be a large phone which is not a Pro model.

But basically at this time Wade is correct, only the 12 Pro phones have it as far as phones go (also the 2020 iPad Pro has it). And the correct spelling is LiDAR which stands for Light Detection and Ranging), spelled upper case L, lower case I and the rest, DAR, all in upper case.
