Hello friends, If an iPhone has AppleCare+ registered with it and it is traded in with Apple prior to the expiration of AppleCare+ does the remainder of the coverage transfer to the new device or is it cancelled?
I currently have an iPhone XR which has AppleCare+ which expires in July of this year. If I was to trade it in with Apple for a new iPhone what would happen to my AppleCare+ on the XR would its remainder be carried over to a new device or would I lose it?
