hi, I wanted it on because I wanted them to automatically refresh themselves. I
just talk to my friend and she told me to turn Wi-Fi off and cellular data on.

The subject says it all. I believe someone wrote and said that turning
off Background App Refresh would
save battery life. Well, I'd like to turn it back on again and can't
seem to do this. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.
