The battery life of the mini is more than the iPhone 7, 8 or SE 2020. Tech reviewers needed to have something to complain about with the fantastic iPhone 12 lineup. I have an iPhone 7 bought in October 2016 and am still running with the original battery without a problem. If folks want a smaller device and are concerned about battery life, they can buy a cigarette lighter sized battery charger that will recharge the iPhone rapidly if needed. I plan to get one for this fall’s iPhone mini.
