Alan, it's very small, about the size of a smaller handed person's thumb
nail. It's got a USB port on the end and a smooth end opposite the USB
port. It's been a few years since I've unboxed mine, but it was tucked
into the bottom layer of packaging, in a tiny plastic babby. I had to
physically remove each piece of card board just so I wouldn't miss it.
I only thought to do this because Logitech also packages their USB
keyboard dongles in this manner.
If that doesn't work, it's possible they put it in the left earpiece.
There's a little compartment that swings out that stores the dongle when
not in use. The boom mic is on the right earpiece just to make finding
it easier.
