Hi I don’t have the game. Based my experience with downloading apps, since the introduction of screen recognition, check to see how screen recognition is set. If SR is on turn it off & if off turn it on. See if this makes a difference. My partner has my debit card, so I can’t buy the game to help problem solve until later this afternoon.
