Turn off Shake to Undo, and maybe also put it on rotation lock, so that it stays on portrait.

I’d like to alter settings that would make the learning experience as stress-free as possible. I have already turned off pass code. I have also turned off raise to wake. I was going to lock orientation but can’t find the setting in IOS 14. Can anyone suggest further steps I could take to accomplish my goal? Thanks. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
