It is a struggle, but I managed to get it entered. What is really confusing is that it seems to always show as dimmed, but after double tapping on it, check the lower part of the screen and you hopefully will find the picker items and then a Confirm button to the left of what you just selected. It is a bit counter-intuitive, but it worked. I will have the scale on Monday so will know if it really worked.
