This is an oversight I made in talking about this model, I cheated setting up, using residual vision and Zoom to set up initially, I tried today to set up a guest user, and I did the height, using voiceover, to duplicate the scenario, and got through the height pickers, then weight disappeared completely. So I’m baffled by this as well. Was hoping to find a customer service number or email in the FAQ, but couldn’t find anything.
