I frequently just call to order from Door Dash as it takes me 5 minutes instead of 15 using the app. Certainly if you have a discount you can't use on the app, next time just call. I've called lots of times & never had anyone who did not understand English. I would agree though that most would probably not be able to address any accessibility issues.
