It does take a lot of fiddling. You have to connecft your phone via cable at least the first time. Then, open the WALTR settings, and control+tab until you get to the Wi-Fi tab and then tab to your device and there should be a checkbox to allow Wireless transfers, check it. Then, tab to OK and hit enter. Then, once you get focus on your device, press spacebar, then browse to the folder with its not so helpful browse mode which starts at some system level so you will have to tediously go back to get to the drive and find the folder, then the file, hit enter on the file then you will either get a convert and transfer button or you will have to hit an open button, then get the convert and transfer. That will let WALTR decide where to put the file. Or, if you want to use a different app on your phone, arrow down to your choices for other devices....
It could be a lot better and several of us have been lobbying for improved screen reader support. But, we of course are a tiny part of their user base, so the more that speak up the better.
