Does it work the other way around? Can you use it to transfer music from your phone to your Windows computer?

Thinking waltr2 was the answer, I downloaded and installed. Apparently, I am missing something. When I open the program, I get the menu that has about and some other things. Nothing about transferring music. What am I missing? I did put the windows version on my pc. Do I need to install something on my Iphone? Please help.
