Hi linda, Sounds like you need a CGM, continuous glucose monitor. This is a sensor that attaches to your body, which comes with a reader that requires vision, but they also have an iPhone app. The Freestyle libre CGM has an app that is accessible. You can set high and low parameters which would trigger and audible alarm when reached. There is also the Dexcom 6 which works pretty much the same way. I can't vouch for the accessibility of the app for the Dexcom but someone here might be able to.
