Yes, the Twitter app has been very frustrating of late! The three finger scroll up helps a bit, if you have focus on the exact spot, but the process has to be done repeatedly as you go down through multiple pages. I get to a point where tweets stop, when I know there are more Tweets; even the three finger scroll up doesn't work. I rarely use Twitter; mainly this time of year to follow the show "Big Brother", which has hundreds of tweets to wade through. So, hopefully a solution will happen soon.
I'd love a solution to the following. I'm unable to get through my entire list of those I'm following (maybe 40); I can only get about half way through (about 20). I wanted to access the profile of someone toward the bottom of the list, so had to do a search of the individual's name, etc. Who should we be reporting all of this to? It wasn't easy to figure out how to report this to Twitter, but I believe I managed to do so. I filled out a support form on the Twitter website via my computer anyway. I couldn't find any reference to accessibility help. I'm finding the website via computer a bit more accessible, but it's not my preference. Until the IOS app is straightened out, is there a more efficient alternative to accessing Twitter via the iPhone? This is hardly a solution, and can be a bit of a pain, but what happens say maybe after 20 lines, is that you get a list of either topics to follow or people to follow, and you have to do a three finger scroll up till you get past all that, and then you can read your tweets again. > On Jul 3, 2021, at 9:03 AM, Gordon <[email protected]> wrote: > > So I'm wondering if this is happening to anyone else when using the Twitter app. When I'm going through my twitter feed most of the time it goes to the bottom after going through a few tweets to the vertical bar thing. It used to be rare when this would happen, but it's become more frequent as of late. So I was wondering if I'm the only one this is happening to? > > -- > The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list. > > If you have any questions or concerns about the running of this list, or if you feel that a member's post is inappropriate, please contact the owners or moderators directly rather than posting on the list itself. > > Your V iPhone list moderator is Mark Taylor.
