Thanks Kathy.  I must admit, I may have never sent a Tweet; if I did, 
apparently I've forgotten how.  Or perhaps there's another bug at play.  I 
mainly just read tweets to gather information.  I know to click on "compose 
tweet" and type my message.  I thought I was supposed to put @TwitterSupport, 
and a blank space, before my message so did that.  There doesn't appear to be a 
button for "send" or "post".  Can you or someone tell me how to send a message 
to @TwitterSupport?

There is also @TwitterSupport first letters of Twitter and support are 
capitalized.
