Do you have Microsoft 365? If so, you will get all features of the app. I have Microsoft 365 so I cannot speak to whether some features are unavailable without having a subscription to Microsoft 365. I suspect you need to at least create a free Microsoft account, or is that not true. Again, I have all that so I cannot test it as if I didn't without logging out of my account and I just am too lazy right now to do that.
