I think it is the second one from the bottom on the right hand column.  You 
need to press and hold it for it to go in to pairing mode.  Hope this helps.

        Well, well… Maybe the folks at Instant Pot got tired of hearing us 
complain. Imagine my surprise when I checked for any app updates and had the 
smart cooker Instant Pot app show up. Low and behold, it downloaded and the 
app works again. The only update mentioned had to do some with security 
certificate for it to work with newer versions of iOS.

        Sure enough, the app opens like normal again.
