I agree with you Richard, but when I tackled them about accessibility some time ago they placed the blame firmly on Windows saying the platform was far less accessible to them than Apple.
I know Apple products have their faults and that is hardly surprising given their complexity but sometimes one has to stop and be thankful for what they do for us when you compare them with other products and platforms. Yes constructively criticise when things can and should be improved but a well done and thank you go a long way too!
