Dana, I am totally blind. The guy at Wal-Mart, where I bought my 11 tried to set up facial ID on my phone. So, I went home, and on a bright and sunny afternoon, I went to the west side of our apartment and got it done. The phone walks you through it. It is a good thing to do on a bright day.
