Hi Paul and others, I'm not sure the Thrive APP is necessary for my hearing device. But I do have some questions about the device’s relationship with the iPhone. What, for instance, does stream boost mean when I see it under settings for the device, and in the control center. Oh, and by the way, it's great to be able to tell how much battery life remains. With the Phonak device and accompaning ComPilot with which it connected to the phone, this wasn't an option. As for the APP my audiologist downloaded, I don't see much real use for it. I think I'll love the hearing aid, however. Thanks for the input.
