Yes there are. I have one that uses the 3.5 MM earphone jack but they make one that uses the lightning jack. It is a small rectangular box with a charging port for your charging cable, and another port for the earphones, then a short cable; maybe 3 inches, that you plug into the phones charging port. Thefollowing one will work with your lightning earphones:
