Sometimes issues with apps connecting to the internet can be corrected by resetting network settings. You can do this by going to Settings/General/reset, and tapping on Reset Network Settings. Make sure you tap on that and not on Reset All Settings, which is the previous control. After doing this, you may need to resign into your apps that require a sign in.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your BARD Mobile app. I can't think of anything you haven't tried. Before you uninstall the app, I'd recommend you write nlsdownl...@loc.gov. They have an excellent support team and it would be worth running your issue by them before doing anything drastic.

My Bard app will not open at all. I used it normally last evening. Now, no matter which way I try to open it it just says audio and then reverts to the home screen. I tried opening it by double tapping, by going to the app switcher which does say it is open, by going to App Store and tapping on open. I even went to manage storage in settings and offloaded the app and then did the reinstall app that was supposed to work without deleting my data. I really, really do not want to delete the app totally as I have 92 books in my downloaded library. I am running the latest version of the Bard app on my SE 2020 which is running 14. Seven. One. Bard is still working on my old 6S which is running the same specs as my SE 2020. By the way, I did restart the phone twice after deleting everything from app switcher to see if that would help. It did not. Any ideas other than deleting and starting over with the app Would be greatly appreciated.
