Using VoiceOver, with a Microsoft 365 subscription you technically have editing capibility. But, in reality, you will not be able to keep track accurately of where you are in documents, and especially tables. Maybe on a Mac, I do not know as I have never owned a Mac; but I know it is truly unreliable in iOS and always has been. Pages has the same issue where VoiceOver and knowing where you are is concerned on iPhones. Computers are still the absolute best way to edit documents.
