First thought, is it not in your rotor? You could turn it off from there. If you can access home screen buttons and alerts, call Apple Accessibility and see if they can do a screen share; then they could tell you where to tap, etc. What a drag for you.

I therefore decided to play around in the Voiceover settings and turned on screen recognition which, if my understanding is correct, is meant to enable Voiceover to recognize items on the screen when moving around apps which Voiceover might not otherwise recognise. However, having turned that on and selected the apps I wanted included, although I can move around my home screen OK I am unable to move around any apps and that includes settings. Is anyone able to advise me how I can rectify this problem please as I am unable to move around using neither the touch screen or a Bluetooth keyboard.
