Hi,

First, restart your computer. If that doesn't help, try turning the phone off 
and on. If that doesn't help, try resetting it by pressing Home and Power for 8 
or 9 seconds and releasing, then waiting for it to power up. If that doesn't 
help, try a different iPhone cable if you have one. Also, try a different USB 
port.
