You should be able to press homepluspower button and release and you should get announcement about a screen shot. Or go to camera, photo and video viewer and it should be the last item you took. You could also open photos and find it under screen shots, but sometimes the way the photo app is arranged, it is harder to find the specific photo you want when you know it is the last one you took. Then, double tap on it and flick to share, etc.
