I’d add a tab to your current spreadsheet to list downloaded books with a
column as to where they are. Then when you finish one, you simply move that
row to the done tab.

Subject: keeping track of which books are on which app

Hi,

Probably my favorite reason for having an iPhone is the plethora of accessible
books across so many apps. Of course, that also means that I have books in
various apps and I’m now finding that I can easily lose track of where a book
is. To be more specific, I have Audible, Kindle, Voice Dream Reader, Christian
Audio, Chirp and BARD. I’ve occasionally found that I’ve almost purchased a
book in Audible, forgetting that I had already found it on BARD. Or, I
download a book someone recommends to me or that I find on sale, then forget
which app it’s in. Some of you talk about having hundreds of books on your
phone. Anyone found any great ways to keep track of what you have downloaded?
I will say that I’m not one to keep a book on my device once I’ve read it. I
keep an Excel spreadsheet with books I’ve read and what I thought of them, and
recently added a note as to which app I read it on, but this doesn’t help me
with books I have yet to read. Just interested if anyone has any great ideas
on ways to link everything into one list or something.
